Students must be currently working in or have access to a food preparation workplace or have done so in the recent past. A current or recent supervisor is required to complete a third-party verification of skills checklist to confirm you can demonstrate the skills required in this skill set.
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, you will hold a Food Safety Certificate valid in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, ACT, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
